The boys decided to give soccer a try. Ashton wasn't as excited about soccer as he has been for other sports. But he was willing to try.
We got AJ onto the older kids team with Ashton. The coach has two sons on the team too. One younger like AJ. They are the smallest kids, but they play so hard!
Every kid has to take a turn (or two) sitting the sidelines. But they were all very patient when waiting for their turn. Jeff is the assistant coach. Ashton and AJ enjoy having him on the sidelines with them!
Ashton even had a turn to be goalie! He made some good saves, it wasn't easy, but he tried!
After the game both boys said they had fun. I am so glad. It would have been a long 6 weeks, if they didn't enjoy soccer!

Yeah for soccer! I am glad that they are enjoying it. We like it, because you get to run and move the whole time. During T-ball we are usually building sand castles. Enjoy the next 6 weeks of soccer.
Greg is huge on soccer. He has big dreams about our boys playing. Hopefully they'll like it. I guess Brenden could probably start that next year eh?
