She has this fun arch and then when she gives them their certificate she pops a balloon full of "smart dust" (glitter) over their heads. She is the best teacher a kid could have for their first year of school!
AJ and friends Justice and Rob. This has been such a fun year to meet all these new kids. He will get meet a lot of new friends next year in Ms. Murphy's All-Day Kindergarten.
Ashton's 1st grade teacher was Mrs. Telleria. She will also be his second grade teacher. We have really enjoyed her. She has the perfect structure and discipline for Ashton. And he has tested these limits, and she has met him head on every time. She is great, we are excited for next year!
She let the kids eat pop corn and drink fruit drinks while she handed out awards. Ashton received two awards. He received "On Time, All The Time!" No thanks to his mom. He was always up and ready for the bus, otherwise, this would never have happened. He also received the highest level of reading in AR books. He loves to read and is very good at it.
Hurry summer, they can't wait for next year! NOT!!! HAPPY SUMMER!

It sounds like your boys had a GREAT year! I really can't believe that the year has ended already. Next year I will have a 3rd grader....ahhhhhhhhh where does the time go?
Brenden is supposed to have Mrs. Brunelle in the fall. I heard so many good things. I'm excited about it.
